Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The filter has not been installed or used (unless there is a verified quality defect).
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Did your order arrive damaged? Or did we send the wrong model? Don't worry, we've got you covered.

Please contact us at help@syncfilter.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Ship It Back: Send the item back via your preferred carrier (we recommend using a trackable service).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we cover all costs.

Order Cancellations

Because we process orders within 1 business day, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been handed over to USPS, it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
